In collaboration with its automotive supplier and its integrator, SIC MARKING’s teams need to design a personalised marking station.
This marking station needs to adapt to a fully robotic environment,
which is a special and unique setting, as it comprises cobots (collaborative robots that are capable of performing multiple tasks) and automated guided vehicles for transporting parts.

The F.I.T. Laser machine comprises an i104 easy laser.
It was possible to integrate our i104 easy marking machine thanks to a lightweight funnel, which can be easily positioned on a cobot arm.

This versatile laser adapts to different materials and various surface finishes.
Thanks to its autonomous operation, it can communicate directly with a market-standard cobot.
As a result, the i104 easy is a perfect match for the client’s requirements and a robotic environment.
The solution also includes one single Profinet communication interface.
