Durable markings guaranteeing the traceability of electrical parts

A large French company operating in the energy sector is subject to numerous constraints and regulations and needs to mark a validity date after inspecting various items, such as lifting eyes, slings and pipes.
The date must be marked on the collar, which will be attached to the inspected item.

The SIC MARKING

solution

For marking the collars, SIC MARKING’s teams proposed an i53 machine on a column base, with a winding system for the pigment ribbon.
Depending on requirements, it is possible to mark collars 1 or 5 at a time, thanks to an i83 marking head, as the marking window is larger.
