The P123 is a dot peen marking gun designed to mark all types of industrial parts.
It features wide marking windows: 120 x 25 mm or 120 x 40 mm.

This mobile marking machine is suitable for the identification and traceability of heavy and bulky parts and can mark all types of material.

The P123 has a cast aluminium body and a stainless steel front module that makes it extremely strong.
The P123 marking gun is fast and powerful and marks with constant quality and precision.

The P123 has a tungsten carbide stylus that distorts the material and can make permanent markings of all types: alphanumeric text, logos, or 2D Datamatrix codes.

The P123 marking gun comes with an independent E10 controller that offers many programming possibilities.

The software is easily controlled through a colour screen and an industrial keyboard, protected by a plastic membrane.

All marking files can be transferred through the USB port on the E10 controller.

The magnetic front panel includes two electromagnets for support assistance. These are attached to the front of the marking gun and clamp it on steel parts. For a correct tightening, necessary for good marking, the following values must be defined: thickness of the part to be marked, smooth and flat surface, roughness and paint thickness.

Installed on a trolley, the P123 marking gun and its e10 controller become fully mobile, allowing parts to be marked directly at their location within the production workshop.

The column base transforms the portable marking machine into a stable, stationary workstation, allowing for precise positioning and easy height adjustment depending on the part. Ideal for repetitive series or small parts, it offers stability, quality, and consistency in marking while retaining the versatility of the P123.
