Portable cordless dot peen marking machine e-MARK EVO

The E-MARK EVO is a portable marking machine, wireless, all-in-one, using dot peen technology, capable of marking all material types, from plastic to hardened steel, up to 62 HRC.

The E-MARK EVO marking gun features a 36V Li-Ion battery delivering up to 3 hours of runtime, and ships with two batteries, a carrying case, and a fast charger, enabling uninterrupted continuous operation.

This portable marking machine comes with three interchangeable contact faces, adapting to all industrial environments.

Thanks to its dot peen technology and tungsten carbide stylus, it delivers permanent, unalterable marking of texts, logos, and 2D Datamatrix codes. In addition, the optional booster provides even deeper marking depth with enhanced visibility after painting or surface treatment.

The barcode reader allows automatic and fast selection of the file and content to be marked, eliminating the possibility of input errors. It can read 1D and 2D codes, including QR and Datamatrix codes. It features a Bluetooth connection, ensuring wireless communication with the machine.

The Booster option is a card integrated into the e-MARK EVO that ensures fast, precise, and deep marking, providing excellent visibility even after painting or surface treatment.

The column base transforms the portable marking machine into a stable, stationary workstation, allowing for precise positioning and easy height adjustment depending on the part. Ideal for repetitive series or small parts, it offers stability, quality, and consistency in marking while retaining the versatility of the e-MARK EVO.

The e-TOUCH EVO has three interchangeable front face options: one with a non-slip surface, one that is smaller and adjustable, and one that is magnetic. They can be quickly exchanged without tools, allowing immediate adaptation to any part geometry, whether large, cylindrical, or with small surfaces.
